The centrifugal fan always design in normally condition 1 atm ( 14.7 psi ). Incase the temperature growing from 30c to 200c. So that the static pressure will increase and the airflow will constant. 1. From the Air standard density table at 93 c. The factor is 1.25.
2. New Static head is 1.25 * 2.5 = 3.125 inH2O.
3. Power consumption = 3.0 / 1.25 = 2.4 Kw
However when temperature decrease until equal to the normally temperature the static head will decrease. And Power consumption will increase. So that. In this case we must be take the safety factor for Electrical Motor. The material for durable for high temperature. We recommend the Special stainless steel TP-310S , and SUS 253MA etc.
